Citizens Advice LeicesterShire is seeking a Triage Assessor to be the first point of contact for clients seeking help. You will join our new Crisis Resilience Team, supporting people across Charnwood, North West Leicestershire and Hinckley and Bosworth.
You’ll listen, assess what matters most, provide information or signposting, and refer clients to the right adviser or service while keeping confidential records and complying with data protection rules.
