The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced generalist adviser who is willing to train to be a specialist housing caseworker or specialist housing caseworker who is willing to train as a generalist adviser too; to join the team and provide high quality specialist housing advice on the full range of housing issues, including homelessness, allocations and landlord issues. They will also be integral in establishing this project which is currently in year one of five, working directly with identified organisations to build key new relationships and referral pathways.

You will ideally have gained a minimum of 1 years’ experience of housing advice or generalist advice through paid or voluntary experience. You will also have experience of providing advice and casework that meets quality standards and achieves performance targets.

For those individuals that do not have 1 year’s housing advice experience, we would consider offering a trainee role. Please indicate relevant experience linked to the personal specification. Full training will be available to the right applicant.
