What you'll do
• Attend community and project events
• Investigate unfair or common issues
• Share clear information on contact and referral routes
• Represent the organisation in a welcoming and professional way

• Be friendly and approachable
• Be non-judgmental
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

🕐 4 hours per week (minimum)
📅 At least 6 months commitment
💻 5 hours + training
