• Explain the support Citizens Advice Gateshead provides
• Share clear information on contact and referral routes
• Represent the organisation in a welcoming and professional way

• Confident speaking with people in public settings
• Able to explain information clearly and accurately

This is a flexible role you will attending events and supporting general advice services, projects and energy teams.
