We’re looking for an Administrator to join our CEDA Debt Service, providing high-quality administrative support to advisers, managers, and clients. You’ll play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly, acting as a first point of contact for clients and supporting case management and service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Support advisers with referrals, appointments, case records, and reporting
- Act as a first point of contact for clients by phone and email
- Manage enquiries, triage queries, and support appointment demand
- Maintain accurate records in line with funding and quality requirements
- Provide reception cover and general office administration
