Turn insight into impact. We’re looking for a sharp, curious Data Analyst to join our Research and Campaigns team and help drive meaningful change. In this role, you won’t just analyse data—you’ll support work that directly improves people’s lives.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll play a central part in helping us gain a deeper understanding of the challenges that people encounter, and in shaping the ways in which we can respond to those needs effectively. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring our efforts are both informed and impactful. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into clear and compelling narratives that highlight key issues and opportunities. By building comprehensive reports for councils, MPs, and funders, you’ll enable decision-makers to act with confidence and insight. Your work will also support our campaigns by providing evidence that drives meaningful change. You will create dashboards and tools designed to be easily understood by a wide range of people, ensuring that data is accessible and actionable for everyone involved.
What we're looking for: We’re seeking candidates with robust R programming skills, including expertise in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation using ggplot2. Attention to detail is crucial, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for tackling challenges and solving problems.
