Citizens Advice Edinburgh is seeking a Patient Adviser to support the Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) in Scotland. You will provide direct advice and information to clients, helping people understand their rights and options within NHS care.
You will also assist bureaux volunteers, contribute to performance reporting, support marketing of the service, and liaise with external organisations to maximise PASS efficiency and impact.
