Citizens Advice East Berkshire is seeking a Community Advice Adviser based in Slough to provide face-to-face and phone guidance. You will assess needs, explain rights and options, and signpost to suitable services while building trust with local residents.
You will design and deliver Advice First Aid training for partners and volunteers, coordinate outreach activities, keep case records up to date, and work with colleagues and external groups to extend reach and improve service quality.
