At Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton, we provide high quality information, advice and guidance to people facing a wide range of challenges. We are looking for people who are committed, compassionate and motivated to deliver excellent services that make a real difference to our local communities.
This is a newly created role as part of our plans to grow and expand our community based services. Alongside our established contracted information, advice and guidance (IAG) services (including casework) with statutory funders, we are increasingly delivering community based IAG and health and wellbeing services to reach people earlier, differently, and at greater scale.
To start with, you’ll lead some of our IAG and non-advice services, with scope to take on more as the organisation grows. We are seeking someone with the leadership and management capabilities to lead these services now, while also working with the CEO and Director of Services to identify and capitalise on new opportunities where we can make a real difference to the people and communities we serve.
