Cambridge & District Citizens Advice is a registered charity that provides free, impartial information and advice to help people overcome their problems. We are a voice for our clients and consumers on the issues that matter to them. Our services assist clients with a wide range of social welfare matters, including housing, employment, welfare benefits, debt and financial management.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cambridge for an IT & Office Support Officer. The role involves providing technical and office support to ensure smooth operations within our advice service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering technical support and troubleshooting for staff and volunteers
- Providing professional Reception cover and admin support
- Supporting with internal and external communications, including website and social media updates
Personal Skills & Qualities:
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Strong IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
