The predicted salary is between 20624 - 21296 £ per year.

28 Hours per week – Based in Hereford Office and Outreach locations.

Salary: £27,254 – £28,142 per annum Full Time Pro Rata (£20,624 - £21,296 actual, depending on experience)

To supervise delivery of the advice services for Citizens Advice Herefordshire, including supervision at our outreach venues and advice sessions in our Hereford office. To ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards.

To work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to our clients.

Ideally, we are looking for individuals with recent experience of advice work, casework or supervision according to the role being applied for. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills, which meet the person specification; training will be provided.
