What will you be doing?

As a Volunteer Adviser you will assist clients over the telephone, via email and face to face, using your research skills and our trusted sources of information and advice. We are looking for advisers to work within our office as part of a team of volunteers. We are looking for advisers with 3 years experience in advice/advocacy/legal.
