Citizens Advice Sefton is looking for an experienced Welfare Benefits Caseworker / Supervisor to join our team. This role combines managing a caseload of clients with supervising and supporting colleagues to ensure high-quality advice delivery.

You will need strong knowledge of welfare benefits, experience working in an advice setting, and the ability to manage complex cases. Experience of supervision or supporting others is desirable. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
