Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking an Employment Support Worker to help young people aged 16–25 overcome barriers and progress into education, training, volunteering or employment. You will work one-to-one and in groups, providing tailored employment support including CV writing, job searching and interview preparation.
You’ll manage a caseload, offer ongoing guidance and practical support, including financial literacy and referrals to specialist services to empower young people.
