Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall is seeking a Quality and Technical Coach for a permanent, part-time role (18.5 hours per week).
This office-based position focuses on maintaining and improving the quality of our Energy Debt Advice service.
You will carry out file reviews, provide technical guidance and coach advisers to meet high standards, identify learning opportunities, promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
