Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall are looking for a Quality and Technical Coach to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (18.5 hours per week). This office-based role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, a passion for quality and a commitment to developing others to deliver excellent client outcomes.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our Energy Debt Advice service by carrying out file reviews, providing technical guidance and coaching advisers to meet the highest standards. Working closely with the team, you will identify learning opportunities, promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
