Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for an exceptional Interim Head of Services and Transformation to lead our frontline services through an exciting period of organisational growth and development. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our services, ensuring they remain high quality, client focused and aligned with our long term vision. You will play a key role in reviewing and improving our operating model, embedding a strong performance culture and introducing innovative ways of working that enhance both colleague and customer experiences.

As our Interim Head of Services and Transformation, you will lead organisational change by embracing technology, automation and Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency and service delivery. You will use data driven insights to shape future services, develop robust performance frameworks and ensure our organisation is well positioned to respond to future growth, new funding opportunities and evolving community needs.

We’re looking for a confident, inspiring leader with a proven track record of managing operational services, leading high performing teams and delivering successful transformation programmes. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and championing continuous improvement across the organisation.
