Do you want to help people who are struggling with the cost-of-living crisis and financial issues? Are you looking for a role that provides real outcomes and job satisfaction?
We are seeking a trainee adviser to join our team of passionate and dedicated advisers, caseworkers, and financial capability workers to assist residents in Sefton with their challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient specialist debt casework service, identifying and implementing debt management and avoidance solutions.
You will receive support through a structured training programme provided by Community Money Advice (CMA), with guidance from our Money Advice Team Supervisor to help you achieve a Level 6 Award in Casework/Specialist Debt Advice.
