About the Role

As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our advice services are responsive, effective, and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team, helping them succeed while ensuring excellent outcomes for clients. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining leadership, coaching, performance management, compliance, and service improvement, all within a flexible and accessible seven‑day service.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll build a positive team culture where people can develop and grow.
  • You’ll build a strong and supportive working environment, driving performance and building collaborative working practices across the wider services within the charity while delivering services across seven days, including late opening hours.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing staff and/or volunteers
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Ability to give constructive feedback with confidence and empathy
  • Experience analysing data and producing reports
  • Ability to work effectively within hybrid teams
