Location: A mix of office and home based working across the districts of Stafford Borough, Cannock Chase and South Staffs.
You will be a highly motivated strong team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have the ability to understand written and oral information of some complexity; have good numeracy, effective oral and written communication skills.
As our Administrator, you’ll be the "go-to" person for the entire CASSW team—supporting everyone from senior management to our frontline caseworkers and volunteers to ensure our services run smoothly.
Responsibilities:- Administer incoming and outgoing post, email and voicemail, prioritising the workload.
- Update CRM systems to accurately input data, client information, scan and attach documents and add outcomes.
- Maintain task lists on CRM system, ensuring tasks are dealt with within a timely manner to meet quality requirements.
- Answer the telephone, deal with enquiries and refer appropriately.
- Support with preparation/ formatting and sending of Confirmation of Advice letters, charity applications, correspondence with creditors with supporting documentation, on behalf of clients as required.
- Prepare, send and respond to emails, letters, documents and reports, as required in line with CASSW procedures.
- Cover Reception when required.
