We are looking for a confident communicator to deal with members of the public who come to seek advice at our main office at Y Storfa in Swansea. You will be able to gather information and help people find a way forward by booking appointments, signposting to other organisations or conveying information to help them.
You will also be proficient with IT and have meticulous organisational skills as you will be supporting the admin team with numerous day-to-day tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
