Citizens Advice West Berkshire is recruiting a Money Adviser / Caseworker (Trainee) to join our advice team.
The role is 28.5 hours per week, spread Monday to Thursday with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, and includes a 30-minute lunch break.
Training will be provided as part of the role.
You will handle money advice and casework, assist with budgeting and debt solutions, liaising with clients and creditors, and maintaining case records.
