The main purpose of this role is to deliver multi-channel debt advice and casework to clients within our communities. We want people who are passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need therefore you will need to demonstrate an ability to engage skilfully with clients who may be vulnerable and distressed.
You will have proven skills from working in a busy environment, prioritising work towards achieving targets and managing your own caseload. You will be a highly motivated strong team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will have the ability to understand written and oral information of some complexity; have good numeracy skills sufficient to compile accurate financial statements, provide comprehensive debt advice and support clients with complex debt issues. You will need to have effective oral and written communication skills for the purposes of negotiation and reporting.
