North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to lead our organisation-wide approach to learning and development. As a member of our Senior Management Team, you'll shape how we develop our employees and volunteers, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver high-quality services.
You'll work closely with managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve learning across the organisation and support.
