About the role
Citizens Advice Luton is a well-respected local charity with over 30 years’ experience of delivering free, independent and impartial information, advice and casework services which meet the changing needs of local residents. Our aims are to provide the independent, impartial, confidential and free advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
We are looking to recruit a Debt Advice Caseworker (trainee or already qualified) to join our specialist debt advice team. Full training will be given as required. Once trained, the role involves assessing clients and giving advice through various channels including telephone, face to face and email, then working with clients to provide advice and options on how to deal with their debts, liaising with creditors, signposting and assisting with next steps as necessary.

Citizens Advice Luton is committed to equality and diversity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
