About the role:
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for helping others? As part of our Early Help and Prevention team, our Telephone Advisers provide high-quality advice to clients across the county on a wide range of topics. You will be compassionate and take a person-centred approach to your work, adapting to the needs of each individual client.
You will have the ability to understand written and oral information of some complexity; have good numeracy skills sufficient to compile accurate financial statements and calculate benefits; and have effective oral and written communication skills. You will be organised, able to use your initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team. Your administrative skills are strong, and you are adept at using a computer to maintain effective systems.
We will provide training so you gain the knowledge needed to excel in this role.
