North & West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice in Gloucester is seeking a Trainee Generalist Caseworker for the Advice First Aid Project, available full-time or part-time. You will support vulnerable residents with benefits, debt, housing and employment, and help deliver training.
The role offers a comprehensive training programme for those new to advice work and opportunities to work across multiple locations including Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Forest of Dean.
