About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised HR Administration Officer to support the effective running of Citizens Advice Rural Cams. This role combines HR and administrative responsibilities, supporting staff, volunteers, and trustees through efficient processes and strong systems. You will play a key part in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and professional working environment, assisting with recruitment, HR records, onboarding, and organisational administration. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to delivering high-quality services to our communities.
