Job summary

Salary £28,725.32 – £32,286.69 per annum, depending on experience, pro-rata for part-time.

Location Working across Canterbury, Faversham, Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate and/or Sittingbourne

Workplace Office based

Contract Permanent

Working pattern Flexible

Hours per week Full or part-time considered. Full-time = 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Part-time must be minimum of 21 hours over 3 days/week.

Would you like to use your specialist advice skills to transform the lives of vulnerable people facing the pressures of debt and other issues? As a Money & Mental Health Project Caseworker, you will become a consistent and trusted point of contact, taking time to understand each client’s circumstances and providing practical support for as long as needed to reach a sustainable outcome.

Alongside specialist debt and welfare benefits advice, you will look at the whole picture:

maximising income, improving financial capability, advocating with creditors and agencies, and connecting clients with wider support.

Please note experience of providing debt or welfare benefits advice at a casework level is essential
