To supervise delivery of the advice services for Citizens Advice Herefordshire, including supervision at our outreach venues and advice sessions in our Hereford office. To ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards. To work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to our clients.

Ideally, we are looking for individuals with recent experience of supervision of advice work. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills which meet the person specification. Training will be provided.
