Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Meet & Greet / Administrator to join our Kent Advice Hub team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping people access the advice and support they need.

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll welcome and support individuals accessing our video advice service, guide them through the process, manage appointments and client records, and help ensure the smooth running of our service. You’ll also provide a range of administrative support, helping our teams deliver high-quality advice to people across Kent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting clients to access Kent Advice Hub and Citizens Advice services
  • Managing online demand and adviser availability
  • Assisting with client paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Uploading documents and updating Casebook records
  • Supporting office administration, post management and shared inboxes
  • Working with colleagues to deliver an efficient, welcoming and accessible service

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in an administration, reception, customer service or client-facing role
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is confident using digital systems and managing information accurately
  • Enjoys helping people and delivering great customer service
