We are seeking a Debt Caseworker to join our team and deliver quality advice and ongoing casework to clients who are experiencing consumer related debt (with a focus on energy debt). This will involve handling inbound calls from clients seeking help with their debts within agreed timescales and booking advice/casework appointments where appropriate and supporting clients in a professional manner and with sensitivity and confidentiality to their situation.
You will assist clients with identifying areas where clients could maximise income or minimise expenditure and explore options and their implications with clients to help them make fully informed decisions. Full training will be provided.
