North & West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Training Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence of our staff and volunteers.

You will coordinate, deliver and evaluate a range of training programmes, ensuring colleagues receive the support they need throughout their induction and ongoing development. Working closely with managers and subject matter experts, you will identify learning needs, develop engaging training materials, maintain training records and help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
