What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide practical, life-changing advice across areas like:
- Money and budgeting
- Welfare benefits and income maximisation
- Housing and employment
- Energy, consumer issues and more
- Support clients via phone, face-to-face appointments, and community outreach
- Help clients complete forms, challenge decisions, and navigate complex systems
- Work alongside a collaborative team of advisers and volunteers
- Contribute to campaigns that challenge unfair policies and systems
This is hands-on, meaningful work where your expertise will have a direct impact every single day.

- Hours: 37 hours per week (job share considered)
