Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a Financial Wellbeing Adviser with Casework to help residents manage money, debt and maximise income through holistic, client‑centred guidance.
Based in one of our local offices, you will meet clients in person or by phone at community venues, deliver services within a quality framework and adhere to FCA requirements, while completing the adviser training programme.
Salary £28,696 (qualified caseworker) rising to £30,961 with DRO intermediary status pro rata.
