About the role
Citizens Advice East End provides information, advice and advocacy services in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham & Tower Hamlets.
This role supports the delivery of high-quality, client-focused advice across areas such as welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, and immigration (depending on experience and service needs).
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have demonstrable experience providing generalist or specialist advice (for experienced roles) or are actively working toward full CITA accreditation (for trainee roles).
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and workload management skills.
- Are committed to high standards of service and align with Citizens Advice values.
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced advice setting.
