We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time qualified Generalist Adviser to join our enthusiastic and committed team, offering advice and support to residents of Epping Forest District. This role will be pivotal in supporting our service delivery and improving our accessibility to residents who need our help and advice.
You will be required to provide remote advice by phone and email. Our clients seek advice on a range of issues, but the primary need for support is cost-of-living concerns, especially benefits, debt, and housing.
IT equipment will be provided for this role, and training on CAEFD systems.
