Citizens Advice Eastleigh are seeking a 2 day a week Advice Session Supervisor to support our busy advice team. Our charity helps people resolve their welfare benefits, money, housing and other problems by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial information and advice. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination. Working with around 4,000 residents a year, we are a growing charity and are passionate about serving our community to the best of our ability.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and support for the advice session as an Advice Session Supervisor.
  • Contribute to a friendly, hard-working team environment and help deliver a high standard of information and advice.
  • Work with around 4,000 residents a year as part of our growing charity.

Qualifications and Development

  • This role would suit an existing Advice Session Supervisor, caseworker, or an experienced generalist adviser who is looking to progress.
  • We will provide training to the right candidate where development is required.
