About the role

The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide in-person, high-quality advice and casework services to the organisation’s clients in debt and money management.

The Debt Advice Caseworker will also provide mentoring and support to colleagues, helping to develop their skills and expertise in debt and money management, ensuring the delivery of the best possible service to clients.

This is a demanding role requiring the ability to understand and manage complex information. The role involves working collaboratively with the team, management, external organisations, and the Head of Service.

Flexibility is essential, and the post-holder may be asked to undertake other tasks consistent with the grade from time to time.

Salary – £28,673 (Trainee £25,806)
