Citizens Advice BANES is seeking Assessors to provide essential advice services in the Greater London area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them identify issues and guiding them through their options.

The successful candidate will be supported by a supervisory team and will need to demonstrate an organised approach, strong listening and questioning skills, and good IT proficiency.

Experience in delivering advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, and employment is preferred, but transferable skills are welcome.
