About the role
Role Purpose: To coordinate and maintain the central systems and practical processes that support the effective day-to-day running of Citizens Advice Brighton & Hove.
Citizens Advice Brighton & Hove is looking for a highly organised and proactive person to take on a new Central Services Coordinator role, helping to make sure the practical systems that keep our organisation running are well organised, up to date and followed through.
This is a varied role working across the whole organisation. You’ll coordinate processes across areas including HR administration, reception support, IT and equipment, premises and health and safety, payroll preparation and wider organisational support. An early priority will be helping us streamline our existing processes and make effective use of our new BrightHR and BrightSafe systems.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in taking ownership of their work, can organise and improve processes, manage competing priorities and work independently to make sure things get done. You don’t need to be an expert in HR, IT or health and safety – what’s important is that you are organised, comfortable learning and using systems, good at working with different people, and able to spot what needs doing and follow it through.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making things work well behind the scenes and wants to play an important role in supporting a busy local charity.
