About the role:
Citizens Advice Bromley, part of the national Citizens Advice network, is a thriving local advice organisation that provides information, advice and casework support to over 15,000 local people per year. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Housing Caseworker. Working with network partners, you will assist in delivering crisis prevention support across the South East Region.
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience of housing advice casework through paid or voluntary experience
- Experience of completing detailed forms
- Ability to manage a caseload and assess the merits in clients’ cases as well as identifying and pursuing solutions
The opportunity to work for an independent charity specialising in confidential information and advice to assist people with legal, debt, consumer, housing and other problems.
