Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled supervisor to coordinate and develop our busy general advice service. We would be very open to appointing a trainee Supervisor.
The role has three predominant responsibilities:
- to coach, mentor and support volunteers,
- ensure a high level of advice quality,
- manage our advice sessions.
Our general service is mostly staffed by our incredible volunteers, giving advice from three locations: Worksop, Mansfield, and Retford. The advice we give is regularly audited as high quality, and we want to continue to embrace new ideas and practices to ensure the service we provide to our clients is consistently excellent.
The supervisor is responsible for the smooth running of our face-to-face and telephone advice sessions. This includes the welfare of our advisers and the accuracy of the advice given.
