Join us for the Olympia Night Ambassador role at citizenM hotels. We are excited to announce that citizenM will soon open a brand-new hotel in the iconic Olympia Center. We are looking for amazing personalities that will wow our guests and make their stay truly special. To do this, we will be hosting a legendary casting day event for our opening team!
As an ambassador, you won’t be confined to a specific role. You will become a champion multitasker – handling customer service, reception, concierge duties, barista tasks, mixology, logistics, and more. We believe in making work fun; if you’re having a great experience, so will our guests.
We pride ourselves on putting hospitality back in the hospitality industry, and that’s because of our ambassadors. We hire based on attitude rather than skills. We seek people who enjoy making others smile, resulting in happy guests.
Your typical citizenM shift could include:
- Welcoming everyone as they walk in;
- Assisting guests at the self check-in kiosks;
- Preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals;
- Brewing delicious coffee or mixing signature cocktails;
- Acting as a secret concierge, answering guests' questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party;
- Maintaining cleanliness in the living room and canteen, arranging food displays;
- Helping guests with requests regarding our facilities;
- Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS).
