We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Estates Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our external estate services across a diverse social housing portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing grounds maintenance, external cleaning, bulk waste removal, void clearances, and final void cleans. You will ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving efficiency and value for money.
We’re looking for a confident leader with a strong track record in estates or facilities management within a social housing or similar environment.
Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ
Hours: 37 hours a week, Mon to Thurs 8am to 4pm
