We are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee our pest control services, working closely with contractors to deliver an efficient, cost-effective service while maintaining excellent customer care standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in contract management, ideally within social housing or a related environment. You will lead the delivery of high-quality pest control services across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring performance, compliance, and value for money. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of pest control services across social housing, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective treatments
  • Develop service plans, schedules, and KPIs to drive performance and quality
  • Monitor contractor performance, budgets, and value for money
  • Ensure timely responses to infestations, emergencies, and customer enquiries
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce pest-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and compliance, including risk assessments and COSHH
  • Lead and support a Pest Control Planner through coaching and development

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant professional qualifications in pest control
  • Proven track record in contracts management for pest control ideally within social housing or critical public sector services
  • Experience overseeing contractors, programs, rodent and insect management
  • Problem solving and resilience, solution based with the ability to handle customers concerns sensitively and professionally

  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
