Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tenancy management and estate issues.
- Deal with anti‑social behaviour from minor reports to serious cases, and actively be involved in multi‑agency work to resolve issues.
- Deal with sensitive safeguarding matters.
- Carry out regular block and estate inspections.
- Involve in the management of new build properties for all tenancy‑management issues.
- Conduct tenancy reviews for all properties within the allocated patch.
Qualifications And Experience
- Ability to carry out interviews to discuss sensitive customer issues.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to develop successful professional relationships with partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to work flexibly and attend meetings and other events outside normal business hours to meet the needs of the service.
