Base pay £36,149 per annum

Hours 37 hrs per week, Monday‑Friday (reduced hours may be considered)

Key responsibilities

  • To provide high‑quality PA support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • To provide diary management to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • To provide high level administrative support for meetings.
  • To support the Senior Leadership Team in the preparation of Board and Committee reports.
  • To undertake basic research as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
  • To work collaboratively and effectively as part of a shared administrative service.

Qualifications and experience

  • Good standard of education to GCSE or equivalent level, including maths and English, or relevant experience.
  • Excellent, accurate and timely minute/note taking ability.
  • Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience of providing exceptional support to senior managers.
  • Experience of working on a 1:1 basis to support diary management.
  • Experience of working in a pressurised environment, working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage, organise and prioritise own workload and that of the Senior Leadership Team.
