Position: Facilities Assistant
Basis: Permanent & FTC (2 years), Full Time - 37 Hours per week
Location: 4040 Lakeside, B37 7YN (structured work pattern across office sites and welfare areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with office-related assistance, resolve day-to-day operational issues, and escalate matters when needed.
- Work to a structured schedule, based at one of our sites between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, ensuring everything runs smoothly and colleagues have the support they need.
- Manage and support both Hard and Soft Services across all our office premises, working closely with internal teams and external contractors.
- Create a positive experience for everyone working from our office locations by ensuring the environment is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with essentials.
Qualifications and experience:
- Trained or will be trained by IOSH (3-day course).
- Full UK driving licence including business use insurance, to enable you to travel across areas where Citizen operates (Travel expenses are reimbursed each month).
- Must have experience of delivering excellent Customer Service to diverse audiences using a polite and tactful manner with appropriate assertiveness if circumstances become challenging.
