Position: Stock Condition Manager
Salary: £54,216
Hours: Permanent full time (37 hours per week)
Location: Solihull, hybrid (2 days in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the stock condition surveying programme to assess over 5,000 properties annually
- Lead in the appraisal of assets to provide recommendations and solutions for future use
- Build great relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, promoting collaborative and positive working processes in a culture of customer service excellence
Qualifications and experience:
- Recognised qualification in a building related subject, or experience in a related area
- Understanding of property/scheme appraisal techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ICT skills to manipulate data and prepare reports for our Executive Leadership Team and Board (desirable)
- Line management experience (desirable)
